Codazone been robbing my mum for weeks. Extra £17 on her phone bill and yet she plays no online games like they are claiming. Googled the number and found this and despite sending STOP it continued. I contacted o2 for help and they gave me a customer service number for codazone but when you press option 3 for operator the call just ends. Has anyone had any success in claiming the money back.

He asked me to turn on my router and my laptop and the update would automatically start to download. SCAM Caller stated they were from talk talk and someone had attempted to access our internet this morning therefore it was insecure. I became suspicious when caller tried to get me to download an app to my phone. Cancelled the call and Called talk talk directly. They had no knowledge of this situation and said they wouldn’t call from this number.
