Have been receiving calls from this number 2-3 Times a day. Sometimes silent, sometimes telesales person who sounds very young. I always put down phone or refuse to answer. I have never had a quote from this company or enquired about windows.

Legal something Services, calling about a car accident I never had. When asked which car/accident, caller indicated an accident near a town I lived in years ago.
Yet another call that should not have got through the call preference listing. An Indian guy saying that someone on my number had had an accident. I told him to never call my number again !!! (I may have used stronger words than that...) and hung up.
