i`m sick of people phoning me 24/7 but yesterday i agreed to answer some question on the condition they removed my number suuuuurprise today i`ve had about 5 calls if only i could get my hands on the young lady, they certainly wouldn`t call again grrrrhhhh
I got a call from them querying a legitimate transaction. They are genuine, however they annoyed me greatly by taking an age to load my account and kept me on hold for longer than I liked whilst they looked into it. For a fraud department I would have liked them to have been way quicker.
