Muy maleducados, llaman de una empresa de trading. Me han llamado varias veces y les he pedido que dejen de llamar. Cuando le digo que no me llamen más o pondré una queja por violación de RGPD, me dice chillando y con palabras maleducadas que es la primera vez que me llama, que si yo solicito información (que es mentira) el RGPD no es válido, y me cuelga dejándome con la palabra en la boca. SCAM - recorded message saying my internet will be stopped in a matter of hours due to a faulty router. So amateurish it doesn't even try and guess at your provider and have any decent information. Clear, unprofessional scam of the highest order. Must be teenagers, and rather thick ones at that.

I received a call from this number this morning. The caller had my name. When I asked who was calling, the man stated that it was Direct Claims Group regarding the minor accident I'd had. I replied that 'You must mean the minor accident that I haven't had!' and told him to get off the line. When I checked Companies House records, there were two companies called 'Direct Claims Group'. One was dissolved in 2018 and the other in 2019. So the call was definitely annoying and probably suspicious.
