0203 769 7565 - My elderly mother advised she had received a scam call, claiming to be Sky and calling her by name. Asian sounding woman (Susan) stated Sky are changing from monthly debit standing order to single annual payment, required upfront. Horsham number has called several times, but not left a message - hangs up when voicemail starts. number now blocked.
I cannot believe these people, I was polite and courteous and explained I had not had a accident and after 5 minutes got told to F off and then the woman slammed the phone down. Absolute disgrace.

Calling on behalf of energy company from before we moved house, they completely messed up our bills and payments, agreed to wipe arrears when we moved and now being harassed by lcs via phone and texts weekly. I just block and ignore as we have a letter stating arrears have been cleared which lcs dont seem interested in.

Unsolicited call, when I tried to call back it stated inbound so don't have the companies name.
SCAM / SPAM: BT Scam! Asian sounding female called from a call centre, asking for me by name. I deliberately answered the phone in German, which made her hesitant. She said she was calling from 'British Telecom', and asked for Mrs **** again. I asked her who she was, in German, and she ended the call abruptly. When I did 1471 to get her number, it said 'Please Hang Up' which makes me think this is a spoofed number. Incidentally, I no longer have a BT phone line.
