This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Just received a call and I think it was a recorded msg which is voice activated. Not sure why, could have malicious intent but have blocked it to be on safe side. Hope this helps others.
