As above comments, got a call out of blue caliming to be from Windows saying problems needed to be fixed on my computer, gave me a serial number that coincided with what is on my computer etc, then it turns out they want money for fixing problem and they wanted remote access to my computer, no no no!I kept them on for half an hour and he gave me this number to ring back

SCAM. It was an automated call with a blokes voice saying it was Sandra from Amazon calling about suspicious account activity and giving me an option of buttons to press to confirm activity or speak to someone.

I received a call this afternoon from David from London Police Station informing me that fraudulent transcations are taking place in my account (approx. ?3100) and it would be best for me to relocate my funds into safe keepings. Does this sound strange to anyone else? I said righto mate, "I expect that you will take care of it for me then." - Not a believer.

Fraud Electronic voice stating that they were my ISP and that they going to disconnect my internet due to illegal activity. Asking to press 1 for something 2 for something else. I just hung up.

Received an automated call from this number today on my landline, saying there were 2 suspicious transactions on my card one on Amazon, and the other for a International Money Transfer. Press 1 to accept, or 2 to Talk. Suspect call, as mentioned no customer name or bank name, and usually the landline is not used for any such services. Nevertheless checked with Banks. No such information being processed.
Called before 9am. Demanded to speak to a person I d never heard of. Asked who was speaking, they gave their name and hung up. Sounded very dodgy! -Lappy420

Worrying as they phoned 3 times consecutively
getting calls from this number at least 10 times a day - seems to be a computer that calls you. I have tried pressing option to speak to a human who say they can t remove you. I have also pressed option 9 to be removed, doesn t seem to work. This number I think is for different companies, as each time the recorded message is different - cold calling

SCAM uk care ltd. Offering insurance alternatives. Consistently teling me, they are not selling anything or doing customer research. Due to covid insurance companies are reducing their premiums.
