SCAM receive numerous calls daily which they keep hanging up whether I speak or not. I called the number back & they are a Funeral Plan SCAM. I remember speaking to them a while ago when I told them I was not interested so now I am fed up with them ringing & hanging up. I blocked the number but they still ring from a similar number in the same office building in Manchester. Do not give them any info. They ask for your dob & address. It's a scam

Its not just AO I just received a call from a young woman claiming to be from boots appliances, in the pretence of confirming delivery details etc. In fact her sole purpose was to sell insurance cover! She repeated every detail of my delivery, which I already know, told me they can remove my old appliance, which I already know etc etc etc then asked me why my old appliance was broken! Typical pattern: "We called you x-months ago & you agreed to place advertising with us in a crime prevention booklet" & when I denied the call their first line was, "But we have recorded evidence" (great business approach to customer relationships & satisfaction!). I have requested a copy of the recording several times & they agreed to send it, but it never arrived. They have sent invoice; payment reminders; continuous phone calls

Strange phone call, like someone previously stated....I also had an issue with the guy when I asked him not to call again, he was rude and aggressive, he appeared not to know my name though he said I had put my details online. I certainly never. Something fishy.
