Left message on my answer phone asking me or my solicitor to call back immediately to resolve the issue . I rang back and an asian man answered i exolained why i was ringing then he asked for my tel number i would not give it to him he asked me 3 time for this each time i declined , I said i just wanted to know about the message that had been left but he asked for the tel number again i said no yet again then he told me to Fxxx off and put the phone down
They called saying they he was Mark Wilson (strong asian accent) and that BT Opeanreach were currently working in the local exchange and that I would need to change my router settings. I said I was not in front of my router and I would need to call him back. He gave the following number 02032907867 and said I should ask for Mark Wilson’s extension. I checked the number on Google which, suggested this is a scam trying to gain access to your computer and then your on line banking info. Hence no return c

I now know who this is. It is coming from a call centre based in Manchester called First Point. When I spoke to them and threatened to report them to the authorities, they revealed that they were just handling the process for another company. This is what

When dialed this number plays taped music, no voice message. Private individuals with no business utility accounts are frequently called. this is occurring more often in recent weeks.
