Called the number back as I was curious but it was late. There was a message stating their opening hours where they called themselves verso group. Did a little research and found this article https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-41844033.amp they have been ordered to pay a fine for misuse of personal information.
