He offered to renew my van insurance, at a lower cost. My van insurance was not due for renewal yet he had a lot of details about me. However the van he had me as owning was from over 5 years ago, so I guess this is some old hacked database and then a scam to get your money. I have received several Phone calls from this company. stating I have had a car accident, and they would deal with it for me. I have not had a motor vehicle for 5 years, when told this they still want to proceed with a claim. I told them I would not help them in making a fraud claim. they wouldnt even tell me where and when this accident location was

Got a call from a "With-held" number, then minutes later got a call from the same company on this number saying "You have been selected to receive a discount..." I didn t let them get any further. These types of sales tactics are the lowest of the low methods of marketing and sales especially as my telephone number is registered with telephone preference!

this call comes from the all inclusive club trying to sell cheap holidays at all inclusive hotels. Once you have bought into the scheme they bombard you with calls trying to get more money out of you. its impossible to ring back on the number to tell them to stop ringing as well, as you get the "line discontinued" tone. Comes from a call centre abroad i think. I ve had numerous calls over the last few days and each time i answered they just hung up on me, so not answering them anymore.

Claiming to be the police following a scam HMRC call. I called the number back and it is indeed the police, but they said no-one on that number had called. Be careful
