So everyday at a certain time this number calls me while I'm at work. I finally got to answer the call today and pretended it was not me just to see what they wanted. She went on to say that I'm owned a refund? A refund on what? No business should have this phone as I haven't given this number to any company and I know that I don't or haven't owned anything or done anything for me to be able to get a refund on anything.

They continually call my number each day, despite me blocking the call! They are a charity who refuse to hear the words 'please do not keep calling my number'. Each time they call they talk over you asking questions that are supposed to make you feel guilty about people suffering in the third world, without water. This is a regular call I receive, but first time from this number. I don't have an Amazon Prime Account and that is why they use this method as they hope I will press #1 or, a new twist, #2. Obviously, Amazon would not make such a call.
