Text Message saying it was from Hermes and that they had been unable to deliver a parcel. Wasn't expecting a parcel, so went on to Hermes Tracking on a different machine to check the tracking number - needless to say, this number doesn't exist! Obviously a scam.
My friend received a message from this number claiming to be DPD, it requested personal info to arrange a re delivery, full name, DOB and mothers maiden name, NEVER DISCLOSE THIS INFORMATION TO ANYONE NO LEGITIMATE COMPANY WILL EVER ASK YOU FOR THIS INFORMATION IT IS PERSONAL TO YOU AND ONLY YOU! i received an email (which I've deleted) quoting phone number 01469539917 asking me to listen to a voicemail. It was dated 2016/11/26 at 0900. Scam mail again.
Considered as a scam call. Automated message speaks of unusual activity on your Bank Account, eg a £200 purchase from Amazon not thought to be made by you and a £1,000 transaction from abroad. Hang up. Do not "press 1" or any other numbers. Ring your Bank if you feel you need to.

Very difficult to get them to drop the number, and I think when they do, they pass your number to another of the same type of scum. Just had a call from this number. The caller said their name was Jerry and claimed to be calling from BT Open Reach. They asked me how I was. When I asked them what they wanted they shouted "I don't want anything! My name is Jerry and I asked you,'how are you'?" I hung up.

I had a call from the number which I didn t recognise and the location came up as Bishops Waltham. I had managed to pick up the call . An automated response played stating to hold the line and that my call was very important to them- then the call dropped. Very strange
