It’s an automated call that calls repeatedly. It claims they are going to cut off the internet due to illegal activity. It’ll cut off the internet in 12 hours unless you follow the instructions by pressing the keypad. Obviously a scam.

This number called at 7.20pm but left no message, I ve been pestered by the RAC off an 0845 number for some weeks now, but when I ve answered I politely tell them that I m busy and hang up. My mother was called from this number. Later she got a bill because they should have bought totally useless stuff, but this was shown not once delivered. But the money was debited even three times. These are scammers.

When I answered they said they were from O2 and asked me how much do I top up each month, when I quizzed them saying if they were from O2 then they would know what I spend he said that they were a call centre in Manchester and did not have the details. I said as I didn't have proof who he was I would not give him any information, he replied saying in that case he would end the call.
