As I have been having issues and was expecting a call anyway I told him straight. Then he said that O2 are better and I should move. SCAM Very stern and meanacing sounding man who introduced himself as an 'officer' said my national insurance number (UK) had been suspended due to some repeat offences. He then invited me to speak to another 'officer' if I pressed '1'. I burst out laughing and ended the call. Remember no Government Department will call you in this way.

I explained that was unlikely, who was the insurer and he replied Esure. I explained I collided with a hedge and he retorted that the hedge was insured... He put the phone down.
