It's an automated message that says your National Insurance number is about to be blocked for various illegal activities and if you don't act now one of their officers will be round the arrest you. According to Martin Lewis someone lost £8,000 this way. DON'T PRESS 1 - TERMINATE THE CALL AND BLOCK THE NUMBER - TELL YOUR FRIENDS TOO
