They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined. Accident claims - I was involved in a car crash recently and it seems they got my details from somewhere.

The one time I did answer a young female voice asked for my name, I said "why, who have you called?" she said she couldn t tell me because of data protection?? Rang early this morning. I picked up, a voice answered a few seconds later asking me my name, I didn t reply, just hung up.

Don’t know who phoned me says it’s coming from Italy2 calls an hour apart. Never answered.

I do not know how they have got my mobile number. Pressed 2 to stop any more calls. If I do get more calls will report them to Ofcom.
