Further to my last - it appears it was from an alarm monitoring company after I did some research. However, no message was left on voicemail to say this. Went and checked my Club - phew no break in but alarm box was showing a fault. So after initially thinking it was a spam call, good to see the alarm system works!

You then go through to a person who tries to get you to install Team Viewer on your computer or phone so they can send you a "cancellation form". This is definitely a scam
