Had around 10 calls in 4 days. When answered initially call was quiet for 5 seconds then went dead. Blocked it but a pain in the arse.

I get several calls a week from this company which I ignore. As it seems they have first names they must be getting this information from phone companies selling lists on. Only my friends, family and phone company know my number AND name.

They just phoned my elderly father-in-law on his land line and luckily my husband had just arrived at the house when they phoned. This comes up as a Liverpool number .of is a company dealing with PPI. Very polite young man who was straight to the point regarding what the call was for. After asking a few questions, the usual ones about whether I d had any loans, credit cards, catalogues etc, he said he would get the system updated so that they didn t call again. Just about the most polite call I ve ever had regarding PPI!!
