Received text message claiming to be from Royal Mail as I refused to pay £2.99 with link to reschedule delivery. Did click on the link which was very stupid , ( I was expecting the parcel ) but nothing happened and no other details from me were asked . It was just a blank page. 01217815070. SCAM. This was a nice sounding girl who was asking about a car accident that was not my fault. I asked who their company was and they didn t respond. When they repeated themselves was with the same tone and internation which showed to me that this was a recorded message. It was obviously someone pressing buttons to get you to answer their questions. When I caught their process (proud I realised this so quickly) and asked them to remove me from their records they hung up on me.

SCAM / SPAM I have just received a badly put together automated call from this number claiming to be HM Customs & Revenue and that there is currently an ongoing tax fraud investigation being carried out on me. It wanted me to press 1 on my keypad to speak to someone and said that if I did not do this an immediate arrest warrant would be issued in my name. Needless to say I ended the call, reported it and blocked the number.
