I just had one too. Caller had a strong scouse accent.
Had a call from International on my blocking phone - it did not come through. One minute later I had a call from 01443741560 that also did not come through and was blocked. I called the number back and received a recorded message: The number you have dialed has not been recognised. So must conclude that it is Scam/Spam.

SCAM This number was used to contact me pretending to be from my son (the 'Hi mum' Whatsapp scam). Luckily I was sufficiently cautious not to get caught by it or to hand over any money. I have reported and blocked the number.

Didn't recognise male voice. From area in Clitheroe. Didn't accept call, so no idea what category to put in.
I can t really say that this number is NOT TRUSTWORTHY, as if you want a lower gas/electric tariff, it may just be in your interest to answer the call, but if you are happy with your supplier, just answer the fone & let them know that you are happy with your service & they ll take your name off the ring list. Forth valley psychology/mental health services, called regarding an appointment.
Text body reads: "We have been trying to contact you regarding your accident, we now have details of how much you are due, just reply CONFIRM and we will call you back". Texting back with CONFIRM (or anything) will probably just let them know your number is in use so they can sell it. Don t reply.

Spoke to my father, said she was from a company that blocks his nuisance calls. He has no such service? (Is there even one other than BT called protect?) I suspect she was a scammer as we have had similar spiels from callers in the past one of which was desperately trying to get Dad to "confirm" his bank details.
Supposed to be BT re disconnect broadband, which I don’t have!
