TAXES / HMRC – An automated voice informed me there is a warranty under my name and I'll be arrested immediately if I don't press #1.
Fraud. Claims to be Amazon and that a suspicious payment has been made on my account. Then asks to select number options. I hung up, checked my account and this was not the case..
I answered this call and it was from a local O2 upgrades team. They explained they had my information as I had opted in to allow marketing calls from O2 but not 3rd parties. I ve since changed to opt out but did upgrade with them as they were very helpful and offered me a really good deal I couldn t get through my local store. Hope this helps others :-)

This is the 3rd time this number has called me this month. The first 2 times the caller left a voice mail message to call them back. The caller was female and said her name was Lisa or Louisa, couldn t really tell as they spoke so quickly it was difficult to understand. No details of why they were calling. I did not call them back. The third call as soon as I answered they hung up. Note: If you don t answer their call they leave a voice mail, unfortunately at my expense!!!
