I got a call from this number claiming to be EE I have given them personal information including bank details

there seems to be an upsurge in energy saving calls etc i have had up to about 15 calls a day from these annoying people

Keeps calling , haven t answered it but when they leave a voice mail it is completely silent !! Don t trust numbers that wont leave a verbal message.

Caller asked to speak to my colleague, told them I was authorised to proceed with American Express queries. He took too long to verify me as an authorised person, so I became suspicious and hung up

0845 2863353 is on the phone to me every day. They are annoying and the calls are unwanted and they come at all times: morning afternoon and evening. Very often they ring at breakfast, mid-morning, lunchtime, teatime and dinner time. Co-incidence?

This was from a company asking you about resent accidenrs. When i asked them to remove my name they were rude and hung up.

You might see this number if you are cooperating with certain Lettings Agencies, the one that uses Rentshield to get references for them, will probably also try to tell you that you need Liability Insurance Policy as a new Tenant. I dealt with a very transparent and honest Letting Agency and they told me that I DON T NEED Liability Policy when dealing with them. I didn t answer. Tried to return the call but it when straight to an automated message, stating that they were calling me about my recent claim, that I didn t make.

Purported to be HSBC querying a payment. I don t believe it for one moment as I do not have an HSBC account or card!
