I was called by an indian man with poor command of the english language claiming they were from a lifestyle company or such like and also had my full name and address, and they said they had obtained this information from a free database, once I said I wasnt prepared to answer any questions they hung up. I have to UK based lenders that I am paying back and missed to payments due to being out of work during the pandemic. Why would my lenders send cold calls from Russia to collect payments when everyother person I have spoken to and all of the call centres have been based in the UK? Use your intuition, if it does seem right, then it isn't. No lender would call from a mobile phone. Massive S
