Yet another annoying call regarding insurance - those companies call about 3 times daily and never give up - if I am not interested in discussing insurance after the first call, I'm going to be very angrily uninterested after the 50,0000th call!!!! Said they were from Sky. 1st lady's English was not very good and she did not understand my questions. Asked me to google speed test. Did not understand when I asked if that was all one word or 2 words, must be a question asked by others Im sure.. She passed me on to another lady and she was not much better. Answered the phone and got a recorded message (male, English voice) "our records indicate that you were injured in an accident within the last three years, press 5 to speak to an operator". I pressed 5 and initially heard an office environment then was cut off. On ringing back, I heard the ringing tone but it almost instantly changed to an engaged tone.
