SCAM Call starts with an automated message telling you that there is an arrest warrant out for you for underpaid tax and tax fraud. Continued the call to confront whoever initiated the call, and it follows through to an Indian call centre purporting to be HMRC. Do not give any details to these scammers!

This phone number (01202137375) is from a representative (called Chris) of HomeLogic, a company that sells and installs LogicFoam loft insulation. It is quite safe and is not a scam. It's a cold call that tries to persuade you to install this type of loft insulation i.e. spray foam. The caller said that it's part of a Government initiative to supply every home in Britain with this type of insulation. However, I don't believe this - I suspect that this is just salesman's patter.

I was called by someone as part of a recruiting agency. Please be aware that companies employ call centres to make calls on their behalf. These are people who are being paid to call on behalf of other companies. If you received a call from here saying you re a claimant of some kind it means that department has been fed bad data. Please don t be horrible to the people on the other end of the phone. At least they have a job instead of being paid by benefits.

I received a call from an indian man who knew my name and he asked some questions about lifestyle. I don t have time for survey, so I just hung up the phone.
The person had my Christian name. He made a speculative statement that I had had a minor traffic bump within the last 2 years. I have not, so it was easy to cut the call off.
This number is used by Boku, a phone collection service (based in San Fransico, USA - with supposedly Europe wide offices) that collects "subscriptions" from, normally inadvertantly, "subscribing" to on-line adverts, messages and web sites. Safe number spoke to someone in regards to enquiry i had made with their company, i was weary to answer at fist but once introduced i felt best to leave a review on here as like most others probably checked the legitimacy.
Don't know who it is, but when I answered, I got the silent treatment. Probably someone who lost their nerve and couldn't go on with whatever scam they're upto.
