They call from this number twice a day under the guise of different company names - Direct Utilities, Business Utilities, Select Utilities, Regional Utilities. They are clearly dumb, because when requested to remove our details from their records and stop calling, they say OK and then don t do it, despite being told the we only have a mailing box address and therefore have no need for utilities. Go back to school, children!

No one spoke when I said, ‘Hello’ number goes dead when I tried to call back

9 calls in 2 weeks even with the number logged on the call blocker and they still get through with this irritating massage about a supposed SMS message which can’t be recovered. Whoever this is needs shooting ! I eventually called BT and asked them to block the number from ever reaching me.

Date 16-12-19 10-40 am. Automated call said he was from BT. Wanted me 2 press button 1 to get technical help. Claimed my broadband would shut down. I did Not cll back as I could hav been charged money. Looks like a scam to me.

Received a call from very polite lady tells me she s from a company called hyc and I am entitled to a refund about PPI.I just let her waffle on about her shit until she says hello can you hear me sir.I say yes can you hear me sir I say yes.she carries on waffling and ask who are your finances with.I Dont answer.she says hello,I say hello,she asks can you hear me darling,I say yes .she asks again about finances and tells me a list of banks giving refunds asks who do you bank with, I Dont answer,she says hell

The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and /or credit card/bank details "So we can proceed with our refund to you" They then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Obviously you were the ones they were looking for for them to steal your hard earned money from. Message was in Chinese...2nd message received... in Chinese in 2 days.Third missed call and message left from different number...Said there was a message from Chinese embassy..please press 3 for further details then ended in another verbal message in Chinese..I see the first call originated from Manchester..as far as i know Chinese embassy is not in Manchester... L.O.L. Only connection i have with China is my smart phone was made and originated from there...

Sounded like an Asian call centre. The callers voice was faint and I cold not understand what they wanted. Since this is a mobile number and the caller appeared to be in a call centre I consider it suspect.
