This is a debt company called CARS asking me to confirm my name and address? I said no in at work, she said ok I ll call u back at a later time. Very sneaky as my area code is 01905 an thought it was a legitimate call.

I received a call from this number this morning. The caller had my name. When I asked who was calling, the man stated that it was Direct Claims Group regarding the minor accident I'd had. I replied that 'You must mean the minor accident that I haven't had!' and told him to get off the line. When I checked Companies House records, there were two companies called 'Direct Claims Group'. One was dissolved in 2018 and the other in 2019. So the call was definitely annoying and probably suspicious.
