Unwelcome calls from this number which i consider to be harassment . I never gave them my number - where did they get it? Who is making money out of these nuisance calls?!

Received a call this morning from the above number. Said that my pension was now due for review. Said they were the PENSIONS ADVICE BUREAU and confirmed my address and postcode. Said they were conducting reviews on UK pensions and that my pension was due for review. Seems strange as I have no pension nor is one then up for review. We have had 5 calls from this number this week. Husband challenged them why he was calling and was given a load of abuse. Don t know if this has anything to do with it but we recently changed providers from Sky to Plusnet, also we were bombarded with calls like this a few years back when we switched from BT to Sky.the timeing just seams a bit odd

they asked for me by previous name a bit worrying then asked if I d claimed all my PPI back. When I said I d never had any he insisted I had so I terminated the call. I only answered the call as I have relatives in Macclesfield and thought it may be one of them ringing from another landline

had a very nice call fron a man with a very thick indian accent called Mike Robertson who refused to give me any details about the company he works for so just wasted 30 mins of his day refusing to give him any of my details finally got the company name out of him called choose lifestyle in the end he gave up looking forward to the next call to waste more of their time

I did not recognize this number, so I decided to let it go to voicemail. Needless to say they did not leave a message. Looking at the previous comments, it was the correct thing to do by ignoring the call. My motto is ... if it is important/legit then they will leave a message.

This number belongs to the debt company transcom. Ive got a SMS which tells me that i owe money to a company ive never heard of. Beware!

This company uses various combinations of telephone number. I just let the answer phone kick in. If I recognise the voice I then answer, can have 6 -10 of this type of call a day. I do 1471 and keep a note of all the numbers and then check them out on Google.
