Some bloke called me at half past 10 saying i had hit his car and had left a note on his car. Baring in mind this number is from London and i live over an hour and a half away from london, and i am currently not driving at the moment, i find this very hard for me to have hit his car. He was quite aggressive down the phone, swearing and expecting me to pay for the damage. I then said could you read out the note and he hung up.

Just took a call from this number - they asked for me by name and then said I had recently entered a competition and thats how they got my number and they wanted to save me money on my power supplier - I politely explained I wasnt the bill payer and wasn t interested. The guy then demanded to speak to the bill payer - I told him they are not available and not interested. He then went on a rant at me - at which point I hung up and blocked the number. Called the number back as I was curious but it was late. There was a message stating their opening hours where they called themselves verso group. Did a little research and found this article https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-41844033.amp they have been ordered to pay a fine for misuse of personal information. Do not give these guys the time of day and block their number
