Sounds like an automated silent call. Number probably forged as it would be unusual to make automatic calls from mobile numbers
I've worked in customer service multiple times, one thing I've been told which is common sense is not to spam our customers with calls, maximum I'd call is 2 times for a single customer then stop. Whoever's number this is has been calling everyday for the past few weeks which is 100% a scam. They claim to be e-on which is fake because their number isn't on e-ons website + they wouldn't be calling everyday. I have been charged ?46 by Orange for going on line with 09070241143 on March 19, 2013. I Don t know who these people are and could have talked to them for 2 minutes, never mind 23 minutes that is claimed. I will call at their given address tomorrow.

this call comes from the all inclusive club trying to sell cheap holidays at all inclusive hotels. Once you have bought into the scheme they bombard you with calls trying to get more money out of you. its impossible to ring back on the number to tell them to stop ringing as well, as you get the "line discontinued" tone. Comes from a call centre abroad i think. I ve had numerous calls over the last few days and each time i answered they just hung up on me, so not answering them anymore.

This number just called me, and despite entries saying this is the Microsoft scam, and other fakey company fakes, this call was from "Go Green Energy Survey", a "genuine government department" wanting to know about my energy usage and supplier. When challenged, they said it was not a survey and they were not selling anything. Then stop wasting my time, stupid call centre man with fake name! Immediately called back, hung up on them.

Fraud got a letter through the post today about a company called "utility spark". When I've looked at the website it had this phone number on there and I've realised it's a big scam/fraud. The website is really rubbish and I can't seem to get anywhere from it because my mobile comes up with warnings, so stay away from this at all costs!!!
