This number is apparently used for telemarketing. The caller makes an unsolicited call (I do not know where did they take my number), says he is from "Trader Education", proposes to talk on financial markets, and would have proceeded to make marketing offers if he had not been refused and stopped by me.

Caller is talk talk, i phoned them to try and sort out a switchover to fiber broadband from standerd, this is a personal number from a talk talk call center they used to get back in touch with me when i asked the lady who delt with my switchover if she could call me back later, so i could talk about the price in private with my girlfriend. Very helpful and informative. No problem or hassle from this number.
