After the worst experience of my life dealing or rather " attempting " To deal with Scottish Power it is a whole new experience dealing with British gas lite ,the simplicity surrounding B/gas is very nearly faultless , enter readings , receive bill online in minutes , pay by direct debit , wonderful the only fly in the ointment on a couple of times my meter readings were not as b/gas expected.

SPAM, We have been researching insulation and similar, but have not asked to be put on any lists. Somewhere along the line we must have had details sold on/passed on, as we've had around 10 calls all from different, but similar numbers, including this one just now. Our phone is 'screened' by an automatic voce asking for the caller's name and NONE of them has done so, hanging up at that point. Very frustratig, keep blocking them, but another similar number rings a while later.....

Called me at 06:39 on Saturday 17 December 2022, which was annoying. No-one on the other end. May just have been accidental or may have been something else.
Said they was citizens advice twice in the call and my application is being approved i asked what application as ive not applied for one. they called me twice no caller id claiming to know the last four digits of my card, part of my address (which was wrong) and saying i made a transaction on the weekend which i did not, they sent me a code and it said to add my card to their apple pay, so obviously they were trying to take my credit card details and commit fraud on my account, they kept saying im verified my identity they then went silent when i said ill call my bank, called bank and they said yep my account is secure and that was a phising.

SCAM A possible scam, they say they are calling from visa, say detected some suspected transactions from your account and request your full name and birth date. I did not give.
