Government ‘type’ Recorded message. Caller was a man and speaking in a very English urgent alarming voice. Informing me of multiple fraudulent use of my National Insurance number ant that unless I pressed option 1 now proceedings could be taken against me also with cancelling my access to my accounts etc.. or something along those lines. Luckily I took the call on my iPad so wasn’t able to press option 1. Which is just as well as I tried to thinking it was genuine at the time. It would frighten many.
Give them a call back and tell them that your records show that they are eligible for compensation for a non fault accident. they cant be rude and hang up on you and you waste ...

Claimed to be "Jack" from car phone warehouse in the most obviously indian voice possible.
