a guy calling himself Charles Henderson called many times, even on the same day when I told him I wasn t interested. Then 10 minutes later another pratt called Jamie called and started being a fool on the phone. Unluckily for him, I had the CVP number of 0203-327-3849 and called them back and complained, but they won t do anything. This was actually just an automated BT text-to-landline service telling me the time slot for my Costco parcel delivery that I was expecting, so this was completely legit for me. It will try ringing you several times until you listen to the text message so just listen and it will stop. However, as it's a generic BT service it is open to abuse but I would advise against blocking it because the message delivery service itself is not a scam, just be aware though that the message you receive could be bogus.
