I informed him I am on the Telephone Preference list and he said he would take me off his database but still persisted with his sales pitch. I had to stop the conversation and say "good bye"! Do not tell him if you have an alarm or give your address. Could be a scam. I cannot find any listing of this phone number on the internet relating to a company - genuine or otherwise.
According to their records I m owed ££££££££ s from my bank in PPI compensation! The reality is they don t know who I am, so how could they know which bank? Do people really get reeled in by this type of call? blocked just like all the others.

Automated voise message saying they are from "HMRC" and apparently I have a "tax fraud case against my name" and I'm to press 1 to be connected to the officer dealing with the case. Failure to press 1 or if the call does not connect will mean "I will be arrested shortly. Definitely did not press 1!
