It seems as though this could be a nuisance caller. My husband and I have both had calls from this number today, on our mobiles, while on holiday in France. It's slightly worrying, as we have many friends and relatives in the Manchester area. Our phones silence any unknown numbers but as no voicemail messages were left we are assuming the calls weren't important.

Scam. Female voice, possibly asian, introduced herself as wanting to talk about my Internet connection and avoided giving her name when asked. She claimed to be calling on behalf of Sky Digital but when asked who she wanted to talk to, hung up.
Her name is Fakre and she reserved manicure procedure in a beauty place in Bulgaria and for the second time she is not coming. So she is a lier, do not trust this number!

I was absolutely sure I hadn't registered on the site by mistake as all my information was there. Funny enough he could not give me the date of my supposed registration! the person claims to be from British Gas or another energy provider saying his name is either Peter or Jay he is pushy and aggressice keeps calling demanding to speak to a manager when you refuse he keeps calling and is rude and wont take no for answer especially when you state you dont wnat his business now blocked numbers from his mobile and this number, avoid at all costs as he will keep calling i had 25 calls in less than 4 minutes, after telling him i am going with another energy provider!
