Caller claimed I had a problem with malware on my PC and he would guide me through the repair of it. He asked me to turn on my computer and when I told him no, he got aggressive, told me my PC would screw up and then hung up.

Insisted that I had had an accident but wouldn t tell me about it. When reminded about TPS he stated it didn t affect him.

SCAM / SPAM from gumtree trying to buy item and adding £350 for delivery and expecting me to pay it. Claiming the total including delivery will be paid into my PayPal, reported to action fraud and gumtree.
Had 6 test messages in a row saying "Why pay a monthly fee for your bank account when you don t have to, £2001.56 is being paid, for us to send yours ASAP reply BANK" BUT, it was from number 07434247359
I've received 2 or 3 calls in the last few days. Don't know anyone in Rotherham so never answer. As a customer, Vodafone contact me by text, so no logic to the call.

Again one of those calls reporting that you have been involved in a car accident. I don t have a car... It seemed like a recorded message and caller hung up when I twice answered that I don t have a car.

Impressive customer service I had problems with a meter that was not working which meant I had no electricity for workmen who were meant to be working on the site. Pete, the manager, worked tirelessly to fix the problem. He called me when he said he would on more than one occasion and went way beyond the call of duty. Received voicemail saying to Call this number before things get worse problems. Immediately called back. No reply. Tried four times. No reply. Eventually was answered. Initially silence then after e a couple seconds heard what sounded like an announcement at a railway station or airport in the background then suddenly went dead. All subsequent attempts to refusal again have failed. .
The Caller states they are from Amazon and calling to update my Prime Account, asked me to go on My Computer, as I'd just arrived home, I had to wait for My computer to start, I was asked, do You use your computer for more than Amazon,online Shopping ,E-bay and do You Bank Online,straight away,I smelt a Rat and cut the call, they called back 3 times,I have informed Amazon. Collect as much info from them, such as Web Address.
