Got a call from the coop fraud department. But the message said "we cannot retrieve your details at this time please press any key" I did and it then asked me for my phone number. If it does this then IT IS A FRAUD CALL. Look at the website to see what message you will get. its very basic and not like this. It will ask a yes or no question and thats it.

Just had a call from these saying not sure who we should talk to its regarding your o2 account said i dont have one they then hung up on me.
