As others have said, went with Boots as they normally have good customer service, but for this they should be ashamed of themselves & disassociate themselves from this company/practice. A machine called me from this number. I got the same recorded message on answering the call as you get if you call it back. The message claims that they are Supporter Insight UK and performing a survey on behalf of charities, but to rest assured, it was not an urgent call and they would call back. I am on the TPS register. I called the number on www.supporterinsight.com to complain. The guy there told me that they don t consult the register since they are not doing marketing calls (just surveys). M
