Nasty pieces of work. It is nasty people from Unite, that so-called trade union who are notorious in the (TV and radio) news for selling out clients to 3rd parties, colluding with employers of their own membership, and selling s**t like stannah stair lifts, private health insurance, Unite s own credit card, enhanced legal services for divorces, deaths of kids and other stuff nobody asked for. They hang up, when challenged for their surnames and call centre location.

I too received a call at a funeral at 1020 this morning about so-called PPI, when asked how they got a ex directory number, they were reluctant to answer their source. I informed them a complaint will be submitted for their harrassment, I have also sent a letter to the BBC Panorama. programme who are investigating companies under various names. Caller with strong indian accent asked for me by name then when asked said he was from "Electricity Board". When I asked which electricity company he hung up.

Woman phoned asking if I was Miss (my girlfriend s name) I m not the butchest of guys but I don t sound like a woman.... Very heavily accented Indian accent, also appalling sound quality with lots of noise in the background. When I asked who it was from, she mumbled something about PPI at which point I put the phone down.

It's the claims guys, PPI refunds. I'm dealing with them now. If they are calling you it's because you contacted them because they don't cold call.
