They called me yesterday to say there was a government scheme to help me with my debts, when asked if I had any debts, mortgage, loans or credit cards, I answered no, I have no debts whatsoever, they said, well good luck to that and bye, hung up. they then called back again today at about 5pm, I answered but they immediately hung up on me, to me, this smells like a scam caller, why would they call me again when I told them I have nothing!

I received a call from 02039587974 telling me they are calling from London County Court and that I have had a tax fraud case against me. They asked if I was able to make a £1198.00 payment so prevent my car being seized and sending the police out, whilst I was on the phone they tried to convince me they are calling from London Central count and asked me to google the number and rang me from the same central London county court number to assure me. Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2036346xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with direct marketing, insurance marketing, accident claims. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...
