This number telephoned my mums phone saying about her life insurence policy. My mum passed away a few days ago and I wasn’t aware of a life insurence policy. We received a call from 0141 555 4854 with a recorded message telling us of unauthorised transactions on our card? One was £300 for Amazon and then £1, something (I lost the will at this time). I could press 1 to cancel or 2 to speak to the team. I have hung up ad blocked the number.but I know they can change the number to show anything they like. Why or why are the authorities not doing more to catch these scumbags.

Information: They are offering tax services, and the staff is very cooperative.
SCAM number as if you try to call it back they end your call. When I answered the call the guy couldn't talk very good English, too myself, he then said that he's from citizens advice bureau and has found out information that I've got a lot of debt and they wish to help me dispose of the debt I then asked how does citizens advice know I have debt when I have not and then I said to them citizens advice do not cold call you you have to make appointments to go and see them so this is a scam.
