These guys are calling you with an amazing offer that u cannot refuse. It is just an trading scam where you need to give them money for trading.
This number is apparently used for telemarketing. The caller makes an unsolicited call (I do not know where did they take my number), says he is from "Trader Education", proposes to talk on financial markets, and would have proceeded to make marketing offers if he had not been refused and stopped by me.
