Much like the other reviews, my 83 year old Grandmother was called and told the warranty on her boiler had run out and that they needed to take payment to renew it. No explanation of who they were etc. Reported it as fraud to her bank but also called to cancel policy and ask for full refund. Worried now that this may not be honoured after reading other posts. Awful, underhand, dishonest sales tactics. Bet they re laughing all the way to the bank.

My father had a call from this number. Stupid enough that they asked him for his bank details... well, he told them all. Noticing too late, that this might be scam. They said they would call him back the other day, but we never heard of them before. I don t know what to do now. Will have a closer look at his account then... bulls+++t

Said that because they’d refunded an overpayment that my account may show in arrears and I may receive an automated letter due to this error. They will remove it but wanted to let me know that they may not be able to stop the letter. If they’re making this many calls for this reason they should probably just have sent an email to everyone!

Got a call today from a foreign woman claiming to be from "Consumer Lifestyles" asking me to do a survey on my "lifestyle" ie shopping habits, likes and dislikes, all the usual crap to illicit personal details from you and even how to stop unwanted calls!! Boy, did I laugh especially when I said "Like the one your giving me now!" 01515150604 13:14 13/06/2012 Received a call from this number, when I answered the guy introduced him self but did not disclose the company he was working for I asked him the purpose of his call and he wanted to HELP me. I then turned the tables on him and asked him what sort of help he could give me he then went on to sell me compensation for the ACCIDENT I had, He new more about the accident than i did as i have never had an accident. I then asked him why he thought I had an accident and needed his help.

Waste of time. They call for a survey and they say you that you can win some prize. I think it isn t true at all. Just blocked after several calls.
