A call from this number, did not answer then received a text saying that I called about generator and asked me if I will collect today which I had not called. Could be a scam

Unknown caller from Manchester and they never left a message on my answerphone so it must be a scam. It will now be blocked liked a large number of calls recently from 0161 area.
Asian voice called me claiming to be from EE, offering 40% off charges. I could see it was an Inverness number so said I didn't believe he was from EE, at which point he said I could fcuk myself! Number now blocked.

Some one called me on the number saying they are calling about a sunlife policy which i do not have, i tried to tell them i don't have a policy and told me to f off, very nice ... this is a market research number...
This guy called me and he said he was a member of the association AML "anti money laundering" in UK and international also. He pretended he could recover money from crypto websites. (I don't know what is crypto). He knows English, french and dutch. He has strong (false) argument to tell you. When I ask him to call the association AML to be identified, he turns around the circle. An Indian sounding man said he was from one of the newest UK 'Habits companies' and wanted to ask me about my habits. Received two calls from this number just after 4am. No one spoke, call ended after a few seconds with a click. Turned my mobile off. There had been a third attempt. I was astonished to find out where this call came from. To my knowledge, there is no one there that I know.

Think it’s a scammer on FB, has hacked into an account on there and pretending to be a widower living in Bedford. The phone is being used in the Preston area. I have blocked before he tries to extract money from me. He will not send current face photo with today’s date in his hand so I know it is a scammer. The FB profile hacked looks very American not Uk.
