Said it was from EE, offering to apply a discount to my account. Not sure about the authenticity of the caller so declined.

Got a call from this number on my mobile. Said I d been in an accident. No I haven t. I reckon they just dial numbers at random. I say this because only my family know my mobile number and I won t give it out to ANYONE else. They didn t even know my name or where I was from or where the accident happened or what car I was supposed to have been driving or what time of day or the date it was supposed to have happened. Scam about washing machine cover - they even passed me to a ?manager? when I said I didn?t have a policy with them! When I asked for proof because I didn?t believe them, they hung up on me! Avoid!

I suspect this company called my company switchboard based on my LinkedIn profile as I have never supplied my work number outside of work and is not publicly advertised. Cold called to ask whether I had a UK pension because they can give me ?advice?. Yeah right. SCAMRADAR activated.

This is the 3rd time this number has called me this month. The first 2 times the caller left a voice mail message to call them back. The caller was female and said her name was Lisa or Louisa, couldn t really tell as they spoke so quickly it was difficult to understand. No details of why they were calling. I did not call them back. The third call as soon as I answered they hung up. Note: If you don t answer their call they leave a voice mail, unfortunately at my expense!!!

Called our company asking for the branch manager to carry out a survey on energy contracts & customer satisfaction. Told him it s all decided through head office so our branch manager wouldn t deal with it. He then asked if he could call back at a more convenient time, (obviously didn t listen to a word i d just told him!) at which point i told him no he couldn t call back at a more convenient time, no thank you & hung up on him. Logged him on our nuisance call list to be blocked by our telecoms company
