This landline from London area is used by call center working for non-profit organisations, mostly connected with Amnesty International, but can be used for different organisations - also reported as robocaller. This call center uses more numbers from the same range (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated). If you are not interested in fundraising, I recommend to block the whole 2034760xxx range...

Scare-mongering - a recorded message suggesting a broadband problem - something along the lines of being cut off - but no mention of which broadband company, just went on to say "press 1 for ....". I didn't listen any further, just put the phone down. Definitely a scam of some description.

Called me today (28 April). "David" gave me the usual spiel about 'they have been receiving messages for the last two weeks from my computer that it is infected' (or somesuch). I gave them my usual reply about having to talk to my IT consultant, and could they give me a number to ring back. (At this point he rang off, as these jokers usually do.) Caller with English accent told me that my loft insulation was faulty and was causing condensation, but nothing to worry about. When asked he said he was from the UK Advisory Information Centre and they ran the Renewable Energy Database where my details had come from. When asked he said he was based in central London.
