Called our company asking for the branch manager to carry out a survey on energy contracts & customer satisfaction. Told him it s all decided through head office so our branch manager wouldn t deal with it. He then asked if he could call back at a more convenient time, (obviously didn t listen to a word i d just told him!) at which point i told him no he couldn t call back at a more convenient time, no thank you & hung up on him. Logged him on our nuisance call list to be blocked by our telecoms company

The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and /or credit card/bank details "So we can proceed with our refund to you" They then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Obviously you were the ones they were looking for for them to steal your hard earned money from. Keeps calling , haven t answered it but when they leave a voice mail it is completely silent !! Don t trust numbers that wont leave a verbal message.

Sick to death of these calls ALL DAY EVERY DAY. T.P.S. Waste of time,when oh when is someone or somebody do something about these PARASITES.

These people will call on a daily basis around the same time, you pick up the phone someone is there on other end and then puts phone down on you, when you try and call back you get number not recognised, tried blocking number doesn t seem to work
