Three time now i ve had the exact same message from this number left on 1571. The girl says something very brief thats impossible to understand and then clear as a bell says "call us back on 01642 717507" as i said, it was the EXACT same message so to me looks like a scam to get you to call them back. they pay virtually no more than the initial connection charge for the voicemail and then you pay by calling them back for them to sell you whatever they are trying to sell.

Called and asked to speak to the business owner. Asked what it was about and he mumbled something over a very bad line, asked his to repeat and heard him say "oh my gosh, go away" and hung up. How very rude of him! :)
